About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of complex, high-visibility initiatives across Consumer and Core Platform products
  • Drive end-to-end execution readiness by coordinating intake, requirement definition, dependency tracking, and launch activities
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders to validate financial design requirements (e.g., BRDs, FSDs, T-accounts)
  • Identify, assess, and escalate risks proactively with clear mitigation strategies
  • Manage dependencies across internal teams and external vendor partners to ensure alignment with delivery timelines
  • Oversee testing readiness and execution, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and data validation
  • Establish and maintain structured portfolio reporting, including status updates and risk tracking
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce rework and enhance operational efficiency across the product lifecycle

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, business process management, or finance operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar workflow and tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial systems, product lifecycles, or the payments ecosystem
  • Experience translating ambiguity into structured execution plans
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across teams without direct authority
  • Experience supporting testing cycles, including UAT and defect management
