Manager, Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders across supply chain, manufacturing, and data center deployment to drive insight and action
• Build and own decision-quality KPI and reporting architecture, including dashboards and recurring performance reviews
• Drive closed-loop operational change by diagnosing bottlenecks and redesigning processes to improve throughput and predictability
• Develop operational analytics infrastructure and automate workflows to scale with the business
• Ensure data quality and reconciliation between operational data sources and finance systems
• Deliver concise executive communications that distill complex operational data into actionable narratives

Requirements

• 6-10 years of total professional experience
• 2+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
• Proven experience driving operational change within a rapidly scaling company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build frameworks from ambiguous data
• High agency and a systems-thinking mindset
• Excellent executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical fluency in SQL or Python for data manipulation and automation
• Experience in hardware, semiconductor, manufacturing, supply chain, or data center operations
• Track record of building KPI architectures and operating cadences from scratch
• Experience partnering directly with C-suite or VP-level leadership
