Manager – Business Modelling

Responsibilities

• Steer engagement teams to execute Business Modelling services that support key decision-makers in transaction, financing, or operational conclusions.
• Build complex financial models to support clients with M&A, project feasibility, debt restructuring, valuation, and corporate strategy.
• Understand client requirements and identify potential issues to propose effective strategic solutions.
• Manage projects within given budgets and schedules while maintaining high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor junior team members and develop professional relationships to drive repeat business.

Requirements

• Post graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CA), or Business.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in business modelling, corporate finance, or quantitative management.
• Expertise in building and reviewing complex financial models using MS Excel, VBA, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data processing and building automated corporate strategy solutions.
• Experience in financial modelling for M&A, valuation, or restructuring.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Alteryx or building dynamic dashboards.
• Advanced knowledge in sectors such as Industrials, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Private Equity, or Banking.
• Progress towards or achievement of CFA, FRM, PRM, or PMP designations.
