Manager, Business Management

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to the BU Head of EMEA COE & Americas KYC by preparing materials, presentations, and tracking strategic objectives.
• Manage financial planning, including budget management, cost tracking, financial forecasting, and headcount reconciliation.
• Drive operational excellence by tracking key deliverables, milestones, and timelines across various business units.
• Lead the planning and execution of business events, such as town halls, workshops, and offsites.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance activities, including assisting with internal/external audits and tracking operational risks.
• Manage infrastructure and workplace strategy, including workspace planning and hybrid work model implementation.
• Support new joiner experiences by leading onboarding programs and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 10-12 years of professional work experience, preferably in business management or similar support functions.
• Proven experience in business operations, support functions, or program management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including charts and pivots) and MS Office presentation tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and interdepartmental teams.
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize under pressure, and operate in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Demonstrated decision-making skills and a structured, logical approach to problem-solving.
