Manager - Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large team of 30-40 members to ensure consistent, high-quality business intelligence outputs
• Oversee delivery management processes to meet project timelines and client expectations
• Drive client engagement and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through direct interaction
• Implement and lead Quality Assurance initiatives to improve team accuracy and efficiency
• Apply operational excellence methods to optimize team workflows and productivity

• Proven experience managing a large team of 30-40 people
• Strong expertise in delivery management within a business intelligence context
• Extensive experience in direct client engagement and relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to drive Quality Assurance and operational efficiency
• High-level understanding of operational excellence methodologies
