Manager, Business Integration Merchandising Information Management APLA

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of Merchandising Information Analysts to build capability and accountability.
• Own end-to-end product line plan data accuracy, including pricing, product offer dates, and timelines.
• Build and manage sub-processes aligned with merchandising and planning milestones to ensure seasonal readiness.
• Partner across Merchandising, Planning, Data Governance, and Technology to enable seamless seasonal execution.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for resolving execution issues and keeping teams on track.
• Oversee Merch Lab and seasonal sample operations to meet key business milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and simplifying cross-functional workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, planning, operations, or related fields.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of merchandising processes and seasonal timelines.
• Ability to work onsite in Beaverton, Oregon.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MerchMAN X (MMX) systems.
• Experience with Audio Visual (AV) systems.
