Manager - Business Finance

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
• Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets and present actionable insights
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers
• Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
• Monitor spends and ensure alignment with financial targets
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management
• Conduct business case analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business finance or FP&A
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operational metrics
• Ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience in a similar industry
