Manager, Business Development Representatives

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a world-class team of sales and business development representatives
• Become a product and industry expert to coach your team in advising restaurant owners with high trust
• Lead from the front by co-selling with your reps to drive results
• Coach and develop team members based on their unique individual strengths
• Identify business opportunities and execute projects to improve the overall sales system
• Partner and collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Direct first-line management experience in the software industry (SMB experience preferred)
• A consultative, customer-first sales approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is common
• History of personal and professional excellence with strong references

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the restaurant industry, either selling to or working within it

• Total cash compensation of $230,000 OTE CAD ($165,000 base + $65,000 variable) plus uncapped commission
