About the Company

Owner is an AI-native system designed to help local business owners, starting with restaurants, succeed by replacing fragmented tools with a single integrated platform. The system powers websites, online ordering, CRM, and POS systems to drive demand and automate business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a world-class team of sales and business development representatives
  • Become a product and industry expert to coach reps in advising restaurant owners
  • Lead from the front by co-selling with representatives
  • Coach and develop team members based on their unique strengths
  • Identify business opportunities and execute projects to improve the sales system
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Direct first-line management experience in the software industry (SMB preferred)
  • Proven history of personal and professional excellence
  • Consultative, customer-first sales approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience with restaurants (selling to or working in) is a huge plus

Benefits

  • $165,000 base salary + $65,000 variable ($230,000 OTE CAD)
