About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop and coach a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
  • Coach BDRs for future Account Executive and Client Sales Executive roles
  • Deliver training on sales prospecting, discovery, email outreach, and outbound calling
  • Manage prospect research and list-building activity
  • Define, measure, and report performance metrics linked to lead generation
  • Analyze data sets to monitor team performance and share insights with stakeholders
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing on campaign performance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading high-performing sales development teams
  • 2+ years of experience selling software and SaaS
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Experience with outbound/cold prospecting and inbound lead management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a results-driven culture
  • Acumen with Artificial Intelligence tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Sales Engagement tools or 6sense
  • Knowledge of the learning technology industry
