About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop and coach a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Coach BDRs for future Account Executive and Client Sales Executive roles
- Deliver training on sales prospecting, discovery, email outreach, and outbound calling
- Manage prospect research and list-building activity
- Define, measure, and report performance metrics linked to lead generation
- Analyze data sets to monitor team performance and share insights with stakeholders
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets
- Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing on campaign performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading high-performing sales development teams
- 2+ years of experience selling software and SaaS
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Experience with outbound/cold prospecting and inbound lead management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a results-driven culture
- Acumen with Artificial Intelligence tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Sales Engagement tools or 6sense
- Knowledge of the learning technology industry
