Manager Business Development

Responsibilities

• Represent and sell the full portfolio of transport and logistics services (Air, Sea, Road Xpress & Logistics) within the B2B sector
• Develop the market and identify new business opportunities in Slovenia
• Communicate with potential and existing customers to build long-term business relationships
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations of the logistics service portfolio
• Analyze customer needs to offer the most suitable logistics solutions
• Formulate sales pricing and prepare formal quotations
• Conduct monthly turnover reviews and prepare performance reports

Requirements

• Mastery of the sales process or experience in marketing
• Fluency in both Italian and English
• Strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset
• High level of self-initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment
• Valid driving license (Category B)
• Willingness to travel for business both domestically and internationally
