About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop free hand business within Zhuhai or Zhongshan cities with a strong focus on sales activities.
- Identify, generate, and pursue potential sales leads.
- Collaborate with overseas and global network development colleagues to investigate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations for customers based on sales guidance.
- Provide professional customer service, including troubleshooting service issues and answering inquiries.
- Promote company products and services to expand market share.
- Monitor and report market intelligence and trends within the Zhuhai and Zhongshan regions to the company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- College degree or above; a major in Logistics or International Trading is preferred.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Self-motivated professional with strong teamwork skills.
- Possession of an existing customer base is highly desirable.
