Manager Business Development

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and manage assigned tasks independently
• Develop new customer accounts to drive business growth
• Maintain existing customer relationships and improve customer information management
• Manage company accounts receivable within prescribed periods
• Conduct regular customer visits to collect feedback and improve service quality
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development
• Strong knowledge of air and sea freight export and import operations and pricing
• Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a challenging environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of an existing book of business with regular clients
