Assort Health is building an AI agent that creates one continuous conversation for every patient, reducing administrative burden in healthcare. Having raised $222 million and reached a $1.2 billion valuation, the company is scaling rapidly to transform how health systems interact with patients.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Business Development Managers focused on health systems and IDN accounts
  • Run weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and call coaching to sharpen rep performance
  • Define and maintain the BDM playbook, including outreach sequencing and persona-level messaging
  • Partner with Sales leadership and Marketing to align on account coverage and campaign strategy
  • Own BDM pipeline targets, including quotas for meetings and qualified opportunities
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene standards within Salesforce

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 1+ years in a people management role leading BDM or SDR teams in SaaS
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding team pipeline and meeting targets
  • Prior experience as a top-performing IC (BDR, SDR, or AE)
  • Analytical proficiency with Salesforce and funnel metrics
  • Collaborative, low-ego leadership style

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing teams targeting health systems, IDNs, or provider-side healthcare organizations
  • Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market health systems
  • Hands-on experience with EHR ecosystems (Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner) or contact center platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9)
