About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard high-value enterprise clients in the APAC e-commerce and non-gaming app verticals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and solution pitching to negotiation and contract closing.
- Develop and execute localized sales and business development strategies for APAC markets.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients, conducting regular business reviews and providing customized growth solutions.
- Collaborate with internal product, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign optimization.
- Track industry trends and competitor strategies to provide market analysis and enhance brand influence.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular reports on business progress and market feedback.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional sales or business development experience in mobile ad tech, digital marketing, e-commerce, or the non-gaming app industry.
- Proven track record in large client development and account expansion with mid-to-large scale brands.
- In-depth understanding of the APAC e-commerce ecosystem and non-gaming app business models.
- Strong knowledge of mobile user acquisition and in-app monetization logic.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin for professional business communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing mature client resources within the APAC e-commerce or non-gaming app verticals.
- Experience in e-commerce brand operations.
- Previous experience working in international ad tech, internet, or cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
- Familiarity with AppLovin or other User Acquisition (UA) platforms.
