About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard high-value enterprise clients in the APAC e-commerce and non-gaming app verticals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and solution pitching to negotiation and contract closing.
  • Develop and execute localized sales and business development strategies for APAC markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients, conducting regular business reviews and providing customized growth solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal product, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign optimization.
  • Track industry trends and competitor strategies to provide market analysis and enhance brand influence.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular reports on business progress and market feedback.

Requirements

  • 5 years of professional sales or business development experience in mobile ad tech, digital marketing, e-commerce, or the non-gaming app industry.
  • Proven track record in large client development and account expansion with mid-to-large scale brands.
  • In-depth understanding of the APAC e-commerce ecosystem and non-gaming app business models.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile user acquisition and in-app monetization logic.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin for professional business communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing mature client resources within the APAC e-commerce or non-gaming app verticals.
  • Experience in e-commerce brand operations.
  • Previous experience working in international ad tech, internet, or cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
  • Familiarity with AppLovin or other User Acquisition (UA) platforms.
