About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Strategy leadership to define and refine GTM workflows connecting prospecting with AE/AM pods
- Act as a "Process Hawk" within Salesforce to establish and enforce activity standards and data rigor
- Recruit, mentor, and optimize a high-output pod of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Drive net-new opportunity generation by empowering BDRs to share prospecting expertise with senior partners
- Utilize metrics and dashboards to provide leadership with a "Source of Truth" regarding territory health and efficiency
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in leadership and managing high-growth SaaS BDR/SDR functions at scale
- Proven track record of success as an individual contributor followed by leadership or mentorship experience
- Salesforce power user with the ability to build reports and audit data for coaching
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment (no visa sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in or a deep curiosity for wealth management, private banking, or complex financial services
- A "builder mindset" with experience navigating and architecting organizational change
