Manager, Business Control Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner to the Global Sourcing team, providing guidance for sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
• Own the design, governance, and reporting of the global procurement savings program and reference tools cost tracking.
• Manage PPV analysis and forecasting, including developing forward-looking outlooks based on purchase commitments.
• Drive the annual budget and monthly forecasting process for cost savings and sourcing team budgets.
• Partner with Global Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, and Engineering to establish and track target costs.
• Prepare monthly management reporting on procurement financial performance and variance analysis for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and automation opportunities within sourcing finance.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience.
• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations finance.
• Experience in the semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, or high-tech hardware industry.
• Proficiency with SAP S4/HANA and advanced financial modeling skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
