Manager, Business Continuity & Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, governance, implementation, and execution of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework.
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of comprehensive Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments.
• Develop and implement a disaster recovery framework and lead recovery efforts during business disruptions.
• Design and execute annual BCP exercises, including tabletop exercises, drills, and call tree testing.
• Manage risk governance and collaborate with departments on annual risk control assessments and KRI monitoring.
• Provide guidelines for solvency stress testing and reverse stress testing.
• Prepare risk reports for internal management and regulators, and facilitate risk committee discussions.
• Develop roadmaps for business continuity and risk awareness programs to promote a strong risk culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and managing complex reports.
• Proven experience in developing business continuity plans and conducting risk control assessments.
• Strong ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and align with regional and global standards.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in business continuity management, such as CBCP or ISC2.
