Manager - Business Consulting

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and formulate effective strategies to drive transformation for government and public sector clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful consulting solutions tailored to specific client needs.
• Synthesize data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize business processes.
• Apply change management methodologies to ensure the successful implementation of large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Enhance organizational performance through deep understanding of public sector consulting practices.

Requirements

• MBA, PhD in Management, or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proven knowledge of public sector consulting and government environments.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
