About the role
Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of every client deployment from sales handover to go-live
- Liaise internally across Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and Testing teams to deliver instances on time
- Manage pre-deployment client queries regarding infrastructure requirements
- Drive installation calls including environment access, IP whitelisting, and SMTP configuration
- Troubleshoot post-deployment issues such as traffic routing and call connectivity
- Maintain rigorous deployment checklists and sign off on every instance before client handover
- Coordinate internal attendance for client-facing calls
- Evaluate client customization requests against product architecture to maintain product integrity
Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. from a reputed institution (IIT preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in a technology-intensive environment
- Deep fluency in technology systems including infrastructure, networking, and application layers
- Strong product mindset focused on scalable, standardized solutions
- Highly organized with experience working from checklists and tracking open items
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for client-facing calls
