Manager, Business Analytics

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end brand measurement strategy across awareness, consideration, perception, and upper-funnel impact.
• Build and execute a “test and learn” measurement roadmap aligned to Brand Media goals to drive continuous optimization.
• Lead measurement efforts across media effectiveness, brand health, and consumer behavior to inform investment decisions.
• Oversee integrated campaign performance analysis across media channels, creative assets, and downstream business metrics.
• Serve as a thought partner to the Brand and Media teams by demonstrating a strong command of media concepts and metrics.
• Evaluate and manage external brand media data partners to strengthen measurement capabilities.
• Translate survey data, media performance, and conversion trends into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Manage, mentor, and develop analysts, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and high performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with dbt, Snowflake, or similar data platforms.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team, including mentoring junior analysts.
• Ability to act as a player-coach, translating broad business questions into actionable data models and visualizations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a consumer-facing business.
• High level of proficiency in leveraging AI tools to increase work efficiency and quality.
