Manager – Business Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Oversee the creation and refresh of dashboards to synthesize key information and enable strategic business decisions.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficient resource coordination.
• Partner with global stakeholders and external vendors to prioritize work and align with business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality and availability by implementing standardized business processes and latest technologies.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance procedures and internal operational risk controls.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics and dashboard management.
• Expert knowledge of relational database technologies and concepts.
• Proficiency in analytical tools including PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake, and advanced Excel (including VBA).
• Experience working with pharmaceutical datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, Veeva, or Salesforce.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
