About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a deep understanding of client strategic issues and competitive positioning
- Participate in measurement plan development and execution
- Generate and communicate actionable insights through sophisticated analytic techniques
- Lead, mentor, and train analysts and direct reports
- Present reports and POVs to clients regularly
- Design tests to measure the incremental impact of media on business outcomes
- Partner with Planning and Investment teams on budget setting and media plan optimization
- Recruit new talent and provide methodological support to agency teams
Requirements
- 3-4 years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing, or digital consulting
- University degree
- Industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data (1st/3rd party data, data lakes, data clean rooms)
- Experience in integrated marketing, media, customer journey development, and ROI development
- Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising
- Proven leadership ability and client relationship experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations
