About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owners to translate retirement capability strategy into actionable initiatives and measurable business value.
- Identify and define current and future business capabilities to meet customer, regulatory, and operational needs.
- Map end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with operations and technology teams to redesign scalable, compliant, and customer-focused workflows.
- Act as a key intermediary between business, operations, and technology teams to ensure alignment on priorities and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and forums to drive decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
- Work with Solution Architects to define a prioritized roadmap of capabilities and ensure solutions meet internal governance standards.
- Define KPIs and success measures to track the realization of intended business value.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated managerial-level capability.
- Proven leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate organizational goals into operating models.
- Deep expertise in end-to-end business process design and optimization.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to uncover gaps and design effective solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience working within Agile, SAFe, Lean, or Six Sigma delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of financial services, ideally within the Retirement or Wealth domains.
