Manager, Bus Systems

Responsibilities

• Support the development of service delivery plans aligned with competition schedules and venue operations
• Coordinate route planning, stop locations, and depot pairings
• Coordinate readiness activities including simulations, test events, and venue walkthroughs
• Assist in validating bus and crew requirements through demand modeling
• Monitor service performance metrics and escalate issues
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Venue Management, and Transport Stakeholder Services
• Support implementation of operational systems like GPS tracking and performance dashboards
• Maintain accurate documentation of operating plans

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in transportation planning, operations, or logistics
• Experience in bus or fleet operations service planning or scheduling
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to travel between multiple locations and work in on-site operational environments
