Manager Budget-Operations Services

Responsibilities

• Direct, formulate, and monitor Outage Services Capital and Repair budgets for Fleet Services.
• Oversee the compilation of data and statistical analysis to prepare division budgets and justify funding requests.
• Provide leadership in the design, development, and implementation of standardized business planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Facilitate and coordinate the annual budget and multiyear forecast for Outage Services.
• Perform monthly reporting to leadership regarding overall performance against the budget.
• Monitor cost trends based on labor productivity and the impact of economic conditions on project materials and labor.
• Manage employees, including full human resources responsibilities, cost, and budgetary accountabilities.
• Work with Asset & Fulfillment directors to execute budgets and implement changes in plans as required.
• Ensure legal and contractual compliance and effective resource management for fiscal operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance Management or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the area of specialization.
• Previous experience in work leadership or as a senior-level contributor.
