Manager-Broking, FINEX

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic growth initiatives to expand the FINEX Commercial portfolio and achieve business objectives.
• Contribute to the execution of FINEX's growth strategy in partnership with regional and global business leaders.
• Manage key client relationships and identify opportunities to grow revenue through retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Build strong insurer partnerships to enhance market access and secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Drive commercial performance by identifying growth opportunities, improving profitability, and supporting operational excellence.
• Support and mentor team members, promoting a collaborative, high-performing, and client-focused culture.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience and qualifications.
• Strong execution ability and experience managing time-sensitive issues.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
