Manager Brewing

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall performance of the Fort Collins Brewing Operation, including EHS, Quality, Product Delivery, and Productivity.
• Create and execute a long-term vision for the brewing group while driving innovation and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and mentor staff and supervisors to support leadership development.
• Manage the departmental financial budget, ensuring accurate reporting and resource justification.
• Monitor and communicate performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve systemic, equipment, and coworker-related problems within the brewing area.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Guidelines and consistent management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least five years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Solid knowledge of Brewing Science.
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment, including setup, adjustment, and operation.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to transform strategic plans into actionable tasks and enforce company policies.
