About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets for the Mumbai region by driving primary and secondary sales
- Develop, manage, and strengthen the distributor network through business planning and capability building
- Build strategic relationships with hotel chains, procurement teams, consultants, architects, and interior designers
- Develop and manage a strong branded hospitality project pipeline from specification to order conversion
- Ensure commercial governance by implementing channel development policies and maintaining distributor agreements
- Prepare monthly business reviews, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution
Requirements
- Experience in branded hospitality business development or key account management
- Proven track record in managing distributor networks and driving sales growth
- Ability to build relationships with hotel owners, procurement heads, and project consultants
- Strong skills in sales forecasting and project pipeline management
- Capability to manage commercial governance and distributor compliance
