Manager, Brand Protection, APAC

MarqVision provides end-to-end brand control across 1,500+ platforms in 118+ countries using an AI-powered managed service platform. Founded by Harvard Law graduates, the company helps brands protect revenue and preserve equity by disrupting counterfeits, pirated content, and fraudulent sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute APAC brand protection strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on brand protection trends and risks in China and APAC.
• Manage end-to-end brand protection matters including investigations, test purchases, and litigation support.
• Manage investigation agencies, law firms, and enforcement partners across the region.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver structured updates on case progress, outcomes, and risks.
• Mentor junior team members and support process improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand protection, IP enforcement, or related legal/investigative roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in IP enforcement and litigation support.
• Solid understanding of the China brand protection landscape.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior in-house experience at a multinational company or law firm.
• Legal background (LLB, JD, or equivalent).
• Experience managing regional or cross-border brand protection programs.
• Familiarity with investigations, raids, and civil litigation support in China.
