About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the Healthcare & Pharma category marketing strategy, including annual and quarterly plans
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Research, Performance Marketing, and Sales teams
- Translate customer insights and market trends into compelling messaging and thought leadership
- Lead integrated category marketing programs such as executive councils, industry events, and webinars
- Work with Research & Insights to identify emerging trends and develop industry-specific research
- Measure and communicate program effectiveness through engagement and pipeline influence metrics
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, category marketing, or brand marketing
- Strong storytelling ability to translate complex technology concepts into customer narratives
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring success against business outcomes
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading marketing programs within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences ecosystem
- Deep understanding of healthcare marketing, including HCP engagement and privacy considerations
- Experience engaging senior-level marketing leaders and building executive communities
