About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead global brand tracking programs, including awareness, consideration, trust, and reputation metrics
  • Define and evolve brand health KPIs and measurement frameworks aligned to long-term strategy
  • Analyze brand performance trends and identify key drivers of brand equity growth or decline
  • Design and execute strategic qualitative and quantitative research to uncover audience insights and whitespace opportunities
  • Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations and a roadmap to strengthen brand performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Communications, and Analytics to align insights with execution
  • Connect brand metrics to business outcomes and deliver compelling, executive-ready storytelling to influence leadership decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in brand insights, market research, or brand strategy
  • Proven experience leading brand tracking programs and strategic research initiatives
  • Deep expertise in brand equity measurement and brand health frameworks
  • Strong grounding in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to connect insights to business outcomes and strategy
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting to senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience defining or evolving global brand strategies in complex organizations
  • Background in healthcare, consumer health, or adjacent industries
  • Familiarity with advanced segmentation, U&A studies, and message testing
  • Experience working with brand performance dashboards and analytics outputs
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
