Jerry is building the first AI agent to manage all your physical assets. Starting with car insurance, the platform has expanded into driving insights, diagnostics, and a repair marketplace, serving over 5M customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical function for a specific business unit (Growth, Product, AI, or Partnerships) end-to-end
• Define business problems and ensure analyses inform critical decisions
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments
• Surface data insights to move key business metrics
• Provide actionable recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to influence leadership
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, or Python

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in McKinsey, BCG, or Bain style environments
• Ability to work in a hands-on execution role alongside strategy
