Manager, Biosciences Study Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of study leads, including performance reviews, coaching, and work direction
• Provide oversight for assigned projects throughout the lifecycle, including method development, validation, and sample analysis
• Serve as an authoritative resource on study lead procedures, techniques, and execution expectations
• Partner with Technical Writing, QA, Project Management, and laboratory teams to ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor project progress, provide status updates to management, and escalate risks to maintain schedules
• Support communications with external customers and contribute to scientific and business discussions
• Lead investigations, troubleshooting activities, and corrective and preventative action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 7 years of related experience
• Experience in a GLP laboratory environment, including regulated bioanalytical study execution
• Knowledge of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry, or in vitro and immunoassay techniques
• Experience with sample extraction, routine laboratory procedures, method development, and assay validation
• Strong people leadership skills and ability to manage professional development
