Manager, Billing & Collections

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Billing & Collections Analysts overseeing end-to-end processes for Ad Sales portfolios across LATAM.
• Oversee the preparation and issuance of accurate invoices in accordance with contractual terms and regional tax regulations.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and implement proactive collection strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Manage and coordinate local Ad Sales representatives to ensure alignment with regional and international financial standards.
• Lead reconciliation efforts between Sales, Traffic, Operations, and Finance to ensure accuracy across all territories.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for system transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementations and e-billing solutions.
• Analyze regional performance indicators and deliver actionable financial insights to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Revenue Accounting, and FP&A to mitigate financial risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in billing, collections, revenue operations, or account management.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing multi-country LATAM portfolios.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-currency and multi-country environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Ad Sales billing, reconciliation, or agency-related processes.
• Proficiency with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
• Experience in the media or entertainment industry.
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
• Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience supporting finance transformation or system implementation projects.
