Manager Behavioral Health Community Support Program

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for case management, community support, and permanent supportive housing programs
• Provide clinical and operational leadership, including supervising staff and conducting multi-disciplinary meetings
• Manage business operations, including cost center oversight, budget monitoring, and grant funding compliance
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards such as TJC, Medicaid, and CMHC
• Maintain collaborative partnerships within the Northwestern Medicine system and the broader community
• Conduct clinical assessments and treatment interventions when necessary to support patient caseloads

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health
• Five years of supervised clinical experience in a behavioral health setting or related field
• Independent professional license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple work sites
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work evening and on-call hours as requested

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience with case management or community support teams
• Experience with EPIC (EMR) and Microsoft Excel
• Bilingual skills
