Manager, Battery Pack

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic Purchasing and Supply Chain Management activities
• Develop, lead and execute key purchasing strategies to support production, development, and financial goals
• Recruit, develop, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Global Supply Managers
• Develop and track key performance metrics
• Manage full battery pack cost BOM and drive total cost transparency
• Identify and develop relationships with top quality global suppliers
• Lead strategic contract negotiations

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Industry background in Automotive or Battery suppliers
• Strong EV battery pack and cell knowledge
• Automotive or electronics background
• Strong negotiation skills
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
• MBA preferred
• Fluency in English
