About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated campaign planning by translating commercial priorities into go-to-market plans with defined audience, channel mix, and KPIs
- Orchestrate cross-channel execution across email, push, paid media, social, OTA, and in-hotel channels
- Own the master campaign calendar to ensure coherence across markets and avoid audience fatigue
- Brief content and creative teams to ensure assets are on-brand and delivered on time
- Partner with CRM teams to build audience segments and implement personalization at scale
- Define KPIs, analyze performance at granular levels, and provide actionable stakeholder recommendations
- Implement a systematic test-and-learn approach through A/B testing to optimize conversion and revenue
- Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to inform future campaign planning
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in marketing roles with progressive seniority
- Proven track record in 360 integrated B2C campaign management (online and offline)
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across multiple markets simultaneously
- Background in travel, hospitality, leisure, retail, or consumer brands
- Experience in organizations where ecommerce is a vital strategic component
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or an associated field
- Strong analytical thinking and financial rigor
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
