Manager Azure AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end AI solutions using Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models using Python and Azure ML SDKs.
• Develop scalable AI pipelines using Azure ML pipelines and AutoML.
• Integrate Azure AI capabilities such as Vision, Language, Speech, and Document Intelligence into enterprise applications.
• Design and automate AI-driven solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Implement MLOps practices, including monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor and MLflow.
• Ensure Responsible AI practices by applying guidelines for fairness, explainability, and ethical use.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in Python and Azure SDKs for Machine Learning and Cognitive Services.
• Experience with Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and prompt engineering.
• Solid understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, and deployment.
• Experience with cloud-native development and CI/CD for ML pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integrating AI models into low-code workflows.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Microsoft certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Data Scientist Associate.
• Working knowledge of Power BI for visualizing AI-driven insights.
