About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and develop the Audit team to ensure successful completion and execution of assigned engagements
- Contribute to overall service line strategy and management
- Identify audit and engagement risks and communicate appropriate audit approaches to Audit Directors
- Review working papers, audit queries, correspondence, and reports to ensure compliance with audit plans and quality standards
- Lead and participate in technical consultations
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 4 years of external audit experience within a professional services firm
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in supporting and managing a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and multitasking skills
