Manager, Audience Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Build cross-channel customer segmentation using Adobe Experience Platform across digital, app, email, direct mail, and SMS channels
• Oversee and manage a team of Adobe Audience builders located in Chennai
• Partner with Campaign Operations and MarTech teams to vet requirements, build segments, and monitor results
• Collaborate with MarTech partners on technical requirements to support new needs and product enhancements
• Leverage segmentation, testing, and predictive analytics to optimize audience performance and results
• Influence the Audience product roadmap by partnering with the Campaign Ops director and MarTech product team

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a campaign management role involving audience segmentation, ideally within a large B2C company
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Federated Audience Composition (FAC)
• Strong data skills, including knowledge of relational databases, data lineage, QA, and validation processes
• Proven track record of building and optimizing cross-channel customer journeys
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships in a matrixed organization
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
