About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Account to Report (ATR) tower within the Finance Shared Service Centre
- Own accountability for financial accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and inter-company processes
- Achieve established SLAs and efficiency targets through automation and process standardization
- Act as the primary interface between senior management and the SSC for all ATR-related information
- Analyze and sign off on management reports and audited financial statements
- Supervise the timely and accurate posting of general ledger entries and fixed asset accounting
- Develop and maintain General Accounting KPIs to manage process effectiveness
- Manage and develop the team through performance reviews, training, and engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- MBA in Finance is preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Finance Shared Services
- 4-5 years of leadership experience specifically in R2R or ATR functions
- Proficiency in Oracle or SAP ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
