Manager/Associate Director - Valuations

Responsibilities

• Identify key performance indicators and value drivers across companies, industries, and transactions
• Deliver clear, insightful valuation reports explaining assumptions, methodologies, and findings
• Build, review, and interpret complex financial models for businesses and projects
• Engage with clients to understand business performance, cash flow forecasts, and valuation drivers
• Apply traditional and innovative valuation methodologies to assess assets, equity, and debt instruments
• Build, develop, and provide training to the Valuation team
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously through strong project management

Requirements

• Significant experience in business valuations (including PPA, Intangible valuations, or tax valuations) or corporate finance
• Proven experience building and maintaining Excel-based financial models
• Strong analytical and report writing skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Experience in a corporate advisory or professional services environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and mentor junior professionals
• Degree in commerce, finance, or economics

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of postgraduate studies such as CA or CFA
