About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and drive pipeline generation and lead conversion for Technology Consulting offerings in Dubai and KSA
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships and repeat business
- Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to position solutions in digitization, transformation, and Oracle domains
- Lead and grow multiple client accounts as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with delivery and practice leads to shape solutions aligned with client needs
- Oversee project delivery, including project management, governance, financials, and quality assurance
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in technology consulting with a proven track record in sales and client growth
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
- Existing network of enterprise accounts in Dubai and/or KSA
- Strong exposure to Oracle ERP / Fusion is highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders
