Manager - Associate Director | Industrial & Logistics Services

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the leasing and/or sale of industrial and logistics properties across Singapore
• Increase revenue through prospecting industrial occupiers and sourcing new business leads
• Identify business development activities through direct contact and external industry platforms
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive positioning
• Prepare and present proposals, marketing materials, and financial analyses to clients
• Manage transaction coordination with internal and external parties
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, zoning regulations, and property values
• Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property sales and leasing, specifically in the industrial sector
• Valid CEA License
• Proven track record of successful industrial and logistics transactions
• Strong network of industry contacts and market intelligence
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
