Manager - Artificial Intelligence & Compliance Automation

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation within compliance workflows to optimize monitoring, reporting, and auditing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to design, deploy, and integrate AI solutions into existing compliance frameworks.
• Ensure all AI solutions comply with regulatory standards, internal governance policies, and responsible AI principles.
• Monitor the performance of deployed AI tools and recommend continuous improvements.
• Align AI initiatives with organizational goals through stakeholder collaboration with IT, data, and business units.
• Prepare technical documentation and training materials for compliance staff regarding AI-enabled processes.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience specifically in Automation.
• Proficiency with AI platforms and tools including Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, and OpenAI APIs.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering for generative AI to assist in documentation and risk analysis.
• Solid understanding of data handling, automation workflows, and API integrations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (BSc/MSc/BE/BTech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying AI in compliance contexts, such as predictive analytics, anomaly detection, or NLP for regulatory text analysis.
• Knowledge of cost-benefit analysis and ROI estimation for AI projects.
• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification.
• AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certification.
• UiPath RPA Developer certification or equivalent.
