Responsibilities

• Own the visual direction for brand and creative content initiatives from concept through final delivery
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language across social, campaigns, editorial, digital, and marketing collateral
• Manage and mentor a small team of designers and copywriters
• Prioritize and allocate work across the team, balancing quality with business needs
• Own the end-to-end creative production process including briefing, concepting, and execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth, and Partnerships
• Manage the shared creative file system, including folder structure, naming conventions, and version control

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in art direction, design, or creative content
• Experience within fashion, e-commerce, or consumer brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling
• Experience directing and producing still and motion content (photo, video, social, campaign)
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and design systems
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or RunwayML
• Experience managing or leading creative teams
• Highly organized with experience using project management tools like Asana, Monday, or Notion

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in resale, secondhand fashion, or the creator economy
• Experience working with influencer or creator content workflows
• Familiarity with performance-driven or growth marketing creative
