Manager - Area Manufacturing Engineer (Photo/CMP/WP)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to reach their highest potential and drive performance
• Identify and address systemic issues impacting equipment availability, tool utilization, and cycle time
• Drive a culture of safety by modeling safe behaviors and conducting regular audits
• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish performance targets and transparent metrics
• Research and deploy new operational management techniques and tools to drive innovation
• Coordinate Fab-wide long-term business processes to ensure alignment with strategic operational plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of front-end semiconductor manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership and leading cross-functional teams
• Advanced knowledge of Fab MES, capacity planning, floor scheduling, and line management systems
• Proficiency in data analysis and automation using Tableau, Python, and AI tools
• Strong conflict management, negotiation, and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an Industrial Engineering or Capacity management manufacturing leader
• Specific experience in Photo, CMP, and Wet Process capacity management
• Proven ability to diagnose underlying issues and communicate solutions clearly
• Experience defining and implementing training and development initiatives
