Manager Architecture

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review external hotel planning (LPH 1–5) to ensure Ruby-specific quality standards
• Provide architectural advice and feasibility studies for new builds and conversions
• Develop and advance internal architectural standards and processes from planning to implementation
• Support architectural topics during property acquisitions, from contract negotiations to handover
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Interior Design, and Technical teams to realize functional and aesthetic solutions
• Represent Ruby internationally when working with external architects and investors

Requirements

• Completed degree in Architecture
• 3–5 years of professional experience in planning, design, and coordination (LPH 1–5), preferably in hotel construction or existing building renovations
• Strong knowledge of HOAI, building physics, HLSK, ELT, and FF&E
• Proficiency in Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and MS Project
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English
• Experience working with project partners, investors, and interdisciplinary teams
