Manager - ARC

Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting advice to clients on complex issues and prepare technical memos
• Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
• Lead project management efforts and oversee multiple engagements and deadlines
• Assist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards and financial reporting
• Review and analyze client financial information to provide recommendations for improvement
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development
• Stay updated on developments in accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Qualified CA, CPA, or ACCA
• 5-9 years of relevant experience in technical accounting or financial reporting
• Strong expertise in GAAP conversion and accounting policy support
• Deep understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, or Ind AS
• Proven project management and business development skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice as required
